Job Requirements
- Experience in field marketing and event management
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong outcome-driven approach
- Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America initially
- Flexibility to work within 7 am to 6 pm PT for meetings and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with telecom and technology sectors
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a field marketer managing physical, virtual, and hybrid events
- B2B marketing experience in the technology sector
- Knowledge of telecom technologies and service provider business models
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms
- Ability to analyze information and communicate recommendations effectively
Job Duties
- Deliver led events including physical, virtual, and hybrid trade shows and partner events
- Maintain and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with sales objectives
- Assess and adapt corporate marketing campaigns for specific accounts
- Drive customer engagement through content development and communications
- Present business and technical content across webcasts, events, and sales presentations
- Manage marketing budgets including OPEX and MDF funds
- Assist with marketing campaigns, administrative tasks, and coordinate logistics related to field activities
