Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to remain stationary 50% of the time, up to 6 hours during events with or without accommodation
- 2+ years in a customer-facing leadership position
- Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Ability to drive a box truck
- Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods with or without accommodation

- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Strong negotiation, recruiting, and training skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation
- Identify, negotiate, and attend various events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events to drive lead generation
- Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budget
- Exceed sales lead quotas based on established KPIs
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop event team members to deliver excellent event experiences
- Manage event representative schedules to ensure proper staffing for events
- Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales teams to enhance brand presence
- Track and report event metrics to evaluate team and individual performance
- Travel up to 40% and work weekends or evenings to support events
