Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of event marketing experience with proven success in event execution and ROI delivery
  • experience managing complex event operations end-to-end
  • strong project management skills

  • excellent organizational and detail orientation

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of event marketing experience with a strong track record of event execution and ROI delivery
  • proven experience managing complex event operations end-to-end
  • strong project management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • experience partnering closely with sales and aligning event execution to revenue goals
  • highly organized, detail-oriented, budget-focused, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • own the full event strategy across major trade shows, regional events, executive dinners, and field-led customer experiences
  • partner with sales, product marketing, and leadership to align events with commercial priorities and revenue goals
  • develop event themes, messaging, booth experiences, and field-marketing activations
  • manage end-to-end logistics including venue selection, contracts, budgets, booth design, staffing, shipping, and on-site execution
  • oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and experience
  • ensure flawless event-day coordination and deliver a best-in-class attendee experience
  • track event performance including attendance, engagement, lead capture, influenced pipeline, and overall ROI
  • define, socialize, and enforce SLAs with the sales team for event follow-up, lead handling, attendee engagement, and pre-scheduled meetings
  • drive sales accountability toward event ROI by ensuring sales follows agreed-upon workflows, meeting-setting targets, and timely follow-up
  • deliver post-event reports highlighting outcomes, insights, and recommendations
  • continuously optimize the event portfolio using performance data and market insights
  • partner with the ABM team to ensure events enhance account-specific engagement for priority accounts without owning ABM campaigns
  • coordinate with ABM and sales on VIP invitations, executive meetings, or targeted experiences for named accounts at select events
  • support structured post-event motions for ABM-priority accounts ensuring alignment
