Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event marketing or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end event and conference programs
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic startup-like environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success owning client events and conference management
  • Proven track record in meeting pipeline targets and lead/opportunity goals
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships
  • Experience in residential mortgage banking or fintech is a plus
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing campaign datasets and web metrics
  • Proficient with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Google Analytics
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality and a drive to improve efficiency

Job Duties

  • Own end-to-end demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline across the buyer journey
  • Support and optimize the marketing plan including market research and budget adjustments
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and events both in-person and virtual
  • Plan and execute strategic field marketing programs including VIP events and roadshows
  • Collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing initiatives
  • Work with RevOps to track campaign performance and qualified accounts
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, draw insights, and present results
  • Develop and promote marketing materials with content marketing and sales teams
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
