Job Requirements
- Education: bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare product marketing, event marketing and management or sales
- Experience in life sciences, health technology or diagnostics
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in event planning and vendor management
- Ability to analyze and track event metrics effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in healthcare product marketing, event marketing, and management or sales
- Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- High integrity and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute regional marketing events including conferences, trade shows, symposia, and advisory boards
- Manage relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts
- Monitor deliverables to maintain high-quality standards
- Deploy materials and manage speaker and attendee communications
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies for event activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Track event ROI through attendee engagement, lead quality, and follow-up effectiveness
