Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 5-7+ years of professional, non-internship experience in marketing event management
- Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to measure impact, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience in developing and managing digital marketing projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with email coordination, event coordination, and experiential event production

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with email coordination, event coordination, and experiential event production
Job Duties
- Own the end-to-end production management of a diverse portfolio of events, including meticulous pre-production logistics planning, seamless onsite execution, and comprehensive post-event wrap-up
- Drive creative ideation for experiential activations and innovative customer engagement strategies
- Develop robust project plans, diligently managing deliverables and timelines to ensure successful event execution
- Implement rigorous tracking, collection, and reporting of event metrics, conducting thorough analysis to measure effectiveness and propose year-over-year improvement recommendations
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and flawless execution of event deliverables
- Strategically partner with 3rd party event agencies, providing clear guidance to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of program components
