Job Duties

  • Assist with pre-show planning and post-show follow-up
  • manage timelines
  • coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • organize event logistics including booth setup, shipping, and staff travel
  • prepare and pack materials for trade shows and events including booths, signage, collateral, and swag
  • maintain an organized inventory of event assets
  • research trade shows, conferences, and local events
  • compile findings and recommendations
  • assist with creation and coordination of event-related marketing materials and social posts
  • collaborate with marketing team to ensure branding consistency
  • assist with event setup, registration, and on-the-ground coordination
  • provide administrative and project support to events and marketing teams
