Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of relevant event marketing or experiential activation experience
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Willingness to travel approximately 30 percent for in-person events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event technology platforms
- High energy, problem-solving mindset, and results orientation
Job Qualifications
- Approximately three years of experience in event marketing, brand, or experiential activations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex event projects
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Experience influencing and leading across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including OneDrive
- Familiarity with event technology platforms such as Cvent and Coupa
- Ability to strategize while balancing tactical execution
- Comfortable working in multi-stakeholder and multi-time-zone environments
Job Duties
- Manage and execute mid to high-complexity events throughout the Americas Client Business
- Support all event aspects from pre-event amplification to post-event follow-up
- Oversee event working groups, content and creative development, experiential activations, and project management
- Manage event registration, communications, venue arrangements, and budget
- Partner with stakeholders to develop event briefs aligned with business priorities
- Ensure event execution aligns with objectives and budget
- Analyze event success and conduct debriefs to evaluate impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners including multimedia, creative, content, and facilities teams
