Job Requirements
- 18+ with a valid drivers license and auto insurance
- vibrant, energetic personality
- ability to lift 40 lbs and transport setup equipment
- availability to work at least 3 weekends a month
- ability to pass a background and drug screening
- reliable transportation
- willingness to commute or relocate to Dallas-Fort Worth area
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or marketing preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and engage face to face
- strong interpersonal and conversational skills
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of product marketing
- clean driving record
Job Duties
- obtain opportunities for prospective customers to learn about products and set appointments for sales team
- memorize scripts and product lines to confidently answer questions and rebut excuses
- implement effective event strategy and creative vision
- travel to and from events with setup equipment
- engage with customers at festivals, home shows, fairs, and retail businesses
- maintain positive attitude while overcoming objections
- report on post-event outcomes
