Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
- High level of energy, engagement, and standing for extended periods of time at events
- Ability to utilize a proven system to generate qualified leads
- Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event marketing, sales, or customer interaction is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing and engaging with customers for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphones and mobile applications
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for educating customers about home solutions
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- Event set up and tear down with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attend pre-scheduled events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager
- Utilize company systems and tools to submit leads and maintain accurate records
