Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate customers
- High energy and ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and utilize company lead generation systems
- Must have a smartphone for company applications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or event marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
- Self-motivated and driven to meet lead generation goals
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone technology and applications
Job Duties
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
- Generate and data capture show leads for award-winning products
- Set up and tear down event materials with ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads
- Exceed issued lead targets and goals
- Use company smartphone applications for timekeeping and lead submission
