Job Requirements

Ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Attention to detail and punctual
Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product line
High level of energy and engagement
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to utilize company-provided system to generate qualified leads
Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or event marketing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated enthusiasm and energy in customer engagement
Basic proficiency with smartphone technology and mobile applications
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Job Duties

Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
Generate and data capture show leads for Leaf Home's award-winning products
Set up and tear down event booths including ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Exceed assigned lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager
Attend and represent the company at various trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
Utilize company systems and technologies to record and submit leads accurately
