Job Requirements

ability to work weekends including friday, saturday, sunday
reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
attention to detail and punctual
self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
high level of energy and engagement
standing for extended periods of time at events
ability to utilize proven system to generate qualified leads
must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in event marketing or customer engagement preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods at events
energetic and outgoing personality
familiarity with lead generation systems and smartphone applications
ability to lift and handle equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
event set up and tear down with ability to lift to 50 pounds
attend pre-scheduled events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads
exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the event marketing manager
utilize company timekeeping application and submit leads using a smartphone
