Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Highly organized and resourceful
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong decision-making under pressure
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to lead teams or staff involved in event setup and execution
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Frequent movement throughout the venue including climbing stairs
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and oversee all operational aspects of assigned NBA and WNBA games, concerts, meetings, and special events, managing the full lifecycle from initial planning through execution
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with promoters, clients, and internal departments to enhance event delivery and operational efficiency
- Maintain positive, timely communication with clients and serve as a primary venue resource throughout the event process, including event day
- Lead or support weekly event meetings, effectively communicating and delegating event details to relevant departments
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and opportunities for process improvement, recommending and implementing effective solutions
- Create comprehensive event notes that outline requirements, timelines, and responsibilities for each event
- Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results on deadline
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
