Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business development or related field
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution and customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or related business field
  • Demonstrated capabilities in hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event
  • Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues and determine the best solution
  • Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand the guest needs, provide direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • Maintain regular attendance
