Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year hospitality related experience at manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business development or related field
- Proven ability in conflict resolution and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality related experience at manager level

- Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or related business field
- Demonstrated capabilities in hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues and determine the best solution
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand the guest needs, provide direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- Maintain regular attendance
