Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hospitality-related experience at manager level
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities with clients and hotel departments
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business development or a related field preferred
- One year of hospitality-related experience at manager level required
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems including Delphi.fdc is advantageous
- Experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams during high-pressure events
- Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Certification such as CMP or CPCE is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during event execution
- Directly serve on-site group and catering customers proactively
- Organize, plan, and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents, or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints and settling disputes
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients effectively
