Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems
  • Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or related field
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with hotel management software
  • Commitment to high standards of customer service

Job Qualifications

  • One year of hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or other relevant business field
  • Certification such as CMP or CPCE preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Competence in using booking and event management software systems
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and or event
  • Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • Maximize revenues through effective upselling of products and services
  • Ensure high quality service by assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction, guidance, feedback, and coaching
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues to determine the best solution
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
