Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate hotel property management systems
- Demonstrated revenue management or analytical experience
- Relevant academic qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high quality customer service
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality related experience at manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc) is advantageous
- Experience in revenue management or similar analytical role is beneficial
- Relevant degree in business development or related field (e.g., CMP, CPCE)
- Demonstrated capability in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
- Proficient in organizational and planning skills
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues and determine the best solution
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand the guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- Other duties as necessary based on business needs
