Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate event logistics
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Capability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with hotel event management systems
- Commitment to Hilton's core values and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- One year hospitality related management experience
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- Significant experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or related field
- Professional certifications such as CMP or CPCE highly desirable
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to departments and team during event execution
- Serve as primary contact for on-site group and catering customers
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely with internal and external clients via phone, email, written documents, or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints and disputes
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
