Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to manage multiple departments and coordinate event logistics
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
  • Capability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with hotel event management systems
  • Commitment to Hilton's core values and team collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • One year hospitality related management experience
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Significant experience in revenue management or similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CMP or CPCE highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to departments and team during event execution
  • Serve as primary contact for on-site group and catering customers
  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely with internal and external clients via phone, email, written documents, or in person
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints and disputes
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
