Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Capability to analyze revenue and contribute to up-selling strategies
  • Must maintain regular attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

  • One year hospitality related experience at manager level
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • Significant experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
  • Relevant degree in business development or other relevant business field
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Certified Professional Catering Executive (CPCE) credentials preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to dynamic situations

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meetings and events
  • Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
  • Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
  • Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues and determining the best solution
  • Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed
  • Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
  • Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
  • Maintain regular attendance
