Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hospitality related experience at manager level
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems
- Relevant degree or certifications preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- One year hospitality related experience at manager level
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
- Experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
- Relevant degree in business development or related business field
- Certifications such as CMP or CPCE are advantageous
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of event planning and execution
- Commitment to Hilton values including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
Job Duties
- Provide direction and supervision to affected departments and team members during the execution of meeting and/or event
- Directly serve on site group and catering customers in a proactive manner
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents, or in person
- Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, booking systems, and processes
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts
- Sell and influence both internal and external clients
- Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues and determining the best solution
- Ensure high quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and coaching when needed
- Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary
- Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs
- Maintain regular attendance
