Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- minimum 5 years of event management or experiential production experience
- hands-on experience with large-scale events (1,000+ attendees)
- proficiency in program and project management
- experience with multi-format events including live, hybrid, and virtual
- strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- budget and vendor management experience
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- data interpretation and performance tracking capabilities
- ability to travel 30-50% domestically and internationally
- technical aptitude for troubleshooting
- ability to work in a hybrid model with minimum 3 days onsite in Burlingame, CA or New York, NY
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in experiential production, event management, or creative agency delivery
- demonstrated ability to produce large-scale in-person events with 1,000+ attendees
- strong program and project management skills with an operational mindset
- experience in delivering live, hybrid, and virtual events
- ability to work cross-functionally within large matrixed organizations
- experience managing budgets, vendors, schedules, and complex production workflows
- effective communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
- ability to interpret data and support post-event reporting
- comfort with emerging technology and technical troubleshooting
- preferred experience with VR, AI, smart glasses, wearables, or emerging consumer hardware
- global event production experience
- understanding of creative development processes including briefs and content needs
- experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments
- experience across cultural verticals such as sports, fashion, entertainment, luxury and gaming
Job Duties
- Lead and execute large-scale experiential events and product demonstrations
- design and scale product experience workstreams including demo development and onsite execution
- provide creative production, logistics, and operational leadership from concept through event delivery
- collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align on goals, messaging, and creative strategy
- manage external agencies and vendors ensuring quality and budget adherence
- oversee onsite staffing, operations, demo deployment and perform light technical troubleshooting
- develop operational playbooks, processes, and frameworks to scale experiential programs
- lead post-event reporting, data tracking, and metrics analysis for event effectiveness
- travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event execution
