Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or strategic marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in event management software and tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management and marketing strategy within a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate event success and ROI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a client-obsessed mindset and deliver results tied to business goals
  • Experience working in financial services or a similar regulated industry is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead the management of events in the US by gathering inputs from product and regional product marketing, strategic account marketing, customer marketing, experiential marketing, and sales/solution focused counterparts to develop events that achieve growth goals
  • Execute and manage each event seamlessly, ensuring logistics and day-of event management tasks are executed with precision
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of relevant industry events that could be opportunities for consideration
  • Demonstrate extreme ownership to maximize investments from a monetary and efficiency standpoint
  • Conduct post event analysis with key marketing stakeholders to review if goals were met and evolve or pivot strategies accordingly
  • Bring key partners in region along on the measurement journey, educating about what good looks like and why
  • Serve as a member of a centralized marketing task force connecting brand-oriented event leaders with the Direct Platform business unit and acting as an ambassador of best practices
