Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Deliver successful experiences for planners and attendees to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly via all communication channels
  • Manage time effectively with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Participate in internal meetings, conference calls, planning sessions, client site visits, tastings, and networking events
  • Monitor and manage all pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, contracts, event orders, and billing
  • Maintain accurate tracking and communication of event particulars
