Job Requirements
- minimum one to three years of professional-level experience
- previous experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
- one year minimum experience in customer service or related field
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to monitor communications and respond to time-sensitive matters
- strong oral and written communication skills in English
- ability to pass a background check
- physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds
- must be adaptable and exercise good judgment

Job Duties
- oversee and coordinate all aspects of event operations
- recruit, hire, train, schedule staff
- manage security licensing compliance
- supervise and evaluate event supervisors
- maintain positive client and security relationships
- handle emergency response and assist with investigations
- coordinate technical and managerial elements of events
- respond to client requests promptly
- assign tasks according to standard operating procedures
- develop and implement training programs
- maintain organized and clean operational environment
