Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, security, or related field required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to monitor communications and respond promptly
  • Good physical condition to stand or walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 45 pounds
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Articulate with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one to three years of professional-level experience
  • Prior experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, security, or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
  • Adaptability to respond to changing situations
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Support operational responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks
  • Serve as direct supervisor for Event Supervisors, overseeing performance, operations, and department needs
  • Maintain positive client and security relationships through regular communication and support
  • Identify and escalate issues occurring at events and assist with reports or investigations as needed
  • Respond to emergencies and communicate appropriately with Account Managers and clients
  • Coordinate and execute all technical and managerial aspects of event operations, including client requests
  • Assign work tasks to Event Supervisors and Event Staff to direct operations during events
  • Conduct on-the-job training and update standard operating procedures
  • Ensure proper maintenance and organization of positions and equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
