Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level experience
  • Prior experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
  • Minimum one-year customer service or related experience
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to monitor communications and respond promptly
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Adaptability to changing situations
  • Ability to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level experience
  • Prior experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
  • Minimum one-year experience in customer service, security or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing situations
  • Articulate with good independent judgment and discretion
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Support operational responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks
  • Serve as direct supervisory contact for Event Supervisors regarding performance and department needs
  • Maintain positive client and security relationships through frequent contact and support
  • Identify and report issues occurring at events to appropriate managers or clients, assist with investigations
  • Respond to client or site emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication
  • Coordinate and execute event operations including responding to client requests
  • Assign work tasks to Event Supervisors and direct event staff and security
  • Conduct on-the-job training and develop standard operating procedures
  • Ensure maintenance and proper organization of standard operating procedures and training information
  • Perform additional duties as required
