Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level experience
  • Prior experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement or military preferred
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to monitor company communications and respond promptly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 45 pounds
  • Willingness to work in varied physical conditions including standing or walking for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoor weather

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years professional-level experience
  • Experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong independent judgment and discretion
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Adaptability to changing situations
  • Ability to pass background check

Job Duties

  • Support operational responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks
  • Serve as the direct supervisory contact for Event Supervisors regarding performance and department needs
  • Maintain positive client and security relationships through frequent contact and support
  • Identify and report issues occurring at events and assist with investigations as directed
  • Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure appropriate communication
  • Coordinate all aspects of event operations including technical and managerial elements
  • Assign work tasks to Event Supervisors and direct Event Staff and Security during events
  • Conduct on-the-job training and develop standard operating procedures
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and organization of all positions
  • Perform other duties as requested or required
