Job Requirements
- Minimum one to three years of professional-level experience
- Previous experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement, or military preferred
- One year minimum experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to monitor communications and respond to time-sensitive matters
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds
- Must be adaptable and exercise good judgment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one to three years of professional-level event or crowd management experience
- Prior experience in security, event staffing, law enforcement or military preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively coach and motivate staff
- Strong judgment and discretion in decision-making
- Adaptability to dynamic and changing situations
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Job Duties
- Support operational responsibilities including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks
- Serve as direct supervisory contact for Event Supervisors providing coaching and performance evaluations
- Maintain positive client and security relationships through frequent communication and support
- Identify and report issues during events, assist with investigations as required
- Respond to client or site emergencies and ensure appropriate communication with management
- Coordinate technical and managerial aspects of event execution, including responding to client requests
- Assign work tasks to Event Supervisors and Event Staff throughout events
- Conduct on-the-job training and develop standard operating procedures
- Ensure all training and SOP information is properly maintained and updated
- Keep working areas organized, clean, and maintained
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
