Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in hotel or resort event planning
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain regular attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of experience planning and executing events within a hotel or resort environment
  • Relevant degree in business development or related field
  • Knowledge of Delphi.fdc
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively

Job Duties

  • Organize and plan event duties by developing plans and goals
  • Timely communicate with internal and external clients via various channels
  • Create and maintain client relationships to meet expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate while handling complaints and disputes
  • Sell and influence both internal and external clients
  • Make decisions and solve problems by evaluating issues
