Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, public relations, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of experience in event management and audience development, attendee recruitment, or delegate sales
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media content creation and performance monitoring
Familiarity with marketing automation programs like HubSpot

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, public relations, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5+ years of professional work experience in event management, audience development, attendee recruitment, or delegate sales
Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior executives
Experience creating and scheduling content across social media platforms and monitoring engagement metrics
Experience supporting B2B industry events, preferably with cybersecurity or government intelligence technology exposure
Experience with marketing automation programs such as HubSpot

Job Duties

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to plan and execute events including conferences, trade shows, and customer experiences
Define and communicate event objectives, goals, and KPIs and lead post-event reviews
Conceptualize event messaging and design with creative and content teams to deliver compelling and on-brand experiences
Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns including email marketing and social media
Lead all aspects of event logistics such as venue booking, technical setup, scheduling, and staffing
Act as the primary liaison for vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Use tools such as HubSpot to segment audiences, manage invitations, and track registration
Conduct post-event surveys and lead post-event reporting to assess performance and ROI
