Job Qualifications
- at least two years of event planning experience
- one or more years of event sales or client-facing sales experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- highly responsive and organized
- ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- guest-focused communication style
- confidence working with teams, vendors, and partners
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Job Duties
- plan and coordinate a variety of events including corporate outings and celebrations
- serve as the main point of contact for event guests from inquiry to post-event follow-up
- manage event logistics using planning software and tracking tools
- coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and community partners
- oversee event staffing, setup, and breakdown
- maintain detailed records and schedules for multiple concurrent events
- ensure exceptional customer service and event quality throughout
