Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of related experience in event management or venue operations
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make sound financial and operational decisions quickly
- Adaptability to changing circumstances including security and weather
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and weekends

- Understanding of event management procedures
- Ability to maintain excellent public image
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal divisions
- Knowledge of current concert tours, conventions, and trade show trends
Job Duties
- Serve as primary on-site contact with event promoters for all stages of events
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee move-in, execution, and move-out of events
- Supervise facility operations including contractors and employees during events
- Determine staffing needs and manage changes due to security concerns, attendance fluctuations, or weather
- Develop operational and financial plans including event area layouts and distribute to staff
- Coordinate with security and food vendors to ensure patron satisfaction
- Prepare and correlate lessee expense information to support financial settlements
