Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations, venue management, janitorial services, or related leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside on the Virginia Beach side of the HRBT
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event needs
Job Qualifications
- 2-5+ years experience in operations, venue management, janitorial services, or related roles
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety protocols
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt to variable work hours
