Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree preferred
  • interest and passion for live music and organizing events
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • experience leading an onsite team
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of AV and PA systems desirable
  • use of personal laptop required
  • valid driver’s license strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff
  • communicate directly with Fever Originals manager
  • manage staff roster and schedule
  • communicate with staffing agency about reschedules
  • ensure staff are trained in their duties such as ticket validation, guest accommodation, and candle setup
  • drive U-Haul with event supplies or arrange alternatives
  • manage inventory and track supplies
  • handle printing needs
  • manage guest lists
  • deliver opening and closing remarks, occasionally speaking publicly
  • report weekly to project managers with event status and feedback
  • assist with venue evaluations and walk-throughs
  • represent Fever and Candlelight through professional communication and customer service
