Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, travel and tourism, or related field
- 4-8 years of experience in client engagement, sales, or operations
- Proven experience in outreach, relationship management, or customer onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Familiarity with international markets or B2B environments is a plus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead attendee acquisition and hosted buyer recruitment for the event
- Identify and engage relevant buyers, travel professionals, and industry stakeholders
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to onboard qualified attendees
- Manage the end-to-end hosted buyer journey including onboarding, communication, scheduling, and engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and industry partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to align attendee targets and event objectives
- Track and manage attendee data, pipelines, and conversion metrics
- Ensure a high-quality attendee and exhibitor matchmaking experience
- Provide regular updates, insights, and reports on attendee growth and engagement
