Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of event management experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays

Job Duties
- Meet with the client to gain a deeper understanding of the event dynamics and offer valuable insights and suggestions
- Meet weekly with the chef to ensure menu expectations are clear
- Work with the in-house Operations Department to ensure proper equipment is ordered
- Meet with the in-house Creative Services Manager to assist with the design of events
- Be directly involved in all aspects of the event, including the day of
- Control and manage catered event operations including safety issues, setup, service, breakdown, equipment accountability, and product inventory management
