Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Experience with inbound sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence
- Minimum of two years of management experience within the hospitality or family entertainment industry (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively manage team members at all levels (preferred)
- Strong training and development background (preferred)
- Working knowledge of cost controls (preferred)
Job Duties
- Lead team members with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to excellence
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional, legendary service
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and product quality
- Drive the ongoing development of staff through mentorship and guidance
- Provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback to enhance individual performance
- Manage staff training programs and foster positive employee relations
- Maintain high levels of staff morale and engagement
- Actively participate in the recruitment and retention of top talent
- Maximize daily sales while effectively managing costs, labor, and cash control
- Maintain department labor costs within approved budget parameters
- Ensure all site inspections meet or exceed operational standards
- Uphold organization and cleanliness across all departmental areas
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure seamless event scheduling and planning
- Oversee, maintain, and manage inventory of all departmental equipment
- Consistently uphold the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games motto: "Striving for Perfection
- Achieving Excellence"
