Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with inbound sales
  • ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • eligible to work in the u.s.
  • at least 18 years of age
  • strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • energetic and guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence

  • minimum of two years of management experience within the hospitality or family entertainment industry
  • demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively manage team members at all levels
  • strong training and development background
  • working knowledge of cost controls

Job Duties

  • lead team members with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to excellence
  • empower staff to deliver exceptional, legendary service
  • oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and product quality
  • drive the ongoing development of staff through mentorship and guidance
  • provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback to enhance individual performance
  • manage staff training programs and foster positive employee relations
  • maintain high levels of staff morale and engagement
  • actively participate in the recruitment and retention of top talent
  • maximize daily sales while effectively managing costs, labor, and cash control
  • maintain department labor costs within approved budget parameters
  • ensure all site inspections meet or exceed operational standards
  • uphold organization and cleanliness across all departmental areas
  • collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure seamless event scheduling and planning
  • oversee, maintain, and manage inventory of all departmental equipment
  • consistently uphold the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games motto: striving for perfection
  • achieving excellence
