Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event management or hospitality preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending and squatting
- Willingness to work part-time up to 40 hours per week
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and working in warehouse environments
Job Qualifications
- Experience in small event management with fewer than 50 persons
- Previous involvement with warehouse pulls and loading
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic event environments
- Experience with managing front-of-house staff and coordinating event timelines
- Good communication skills with clients and kitchen teams
- Ability to drive company vans or small box trucks
Job Duties
- Manage warehouse general operations including clocking in/out, time management, event pull sheets, inventory and organization
- Conduct warehouse load-ins ensuring all equipment and food items are prepared and loaded for events
- Serve as primary on-site contact with clients and FOH staff, conduct event walk-throughs and meetings
- Communicate with onsite culinary team regarding service timelines and updates
- Fill out timesheets and post-event notes, manage events from start to finish including load-out preparation
- Oversee event load-out by taking inventory, delegating tasks, performing final walkthroughs and unloading at warehouse
- Maintain good driving record and safely operate company vans and small box trucks
