Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event management or hospitality
- ability to operate company vehicles safely
- physical ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- standing and physical endurance for long periods
- willingness to work part-time up to 40 hours weekly
- familiarity with inventory tracking and warehouse organization
- adherence to safety regulations and traffic laws

- ability to operate vans and small box trucks

Job Duties
- Manage service employees
- field client needs onsite
- ensure menu integrity
- communicate with onsite kitchen team
- oversee timely service
- coordinate event set-up
- manage event clean-up and load-out
- communicate event details with Sales Manager and Executive Chef
- clock in/out through HCMtogo
- minimize missed punches
- manage time and breaks
- assist in event pull sheet preparation
- double-check event checklists and comment pages
- maintain inventory of goods and equipment
- organize warehouse and inventory post events
- maintain driving safety and comply with traffic laws
- drive company vans and small trucks
- report to warehouse on event day
- verify event equipment and supplies
- coordinate with chefs for food and condiments
- load day-of event items
- introduce self to clients
- conduct event walkthroughs
- act as sole point of contact for event
- hold FOH staff meetings
- establish staff roles and standards
- review event timeline, menu, and dietary restrictions
- coordinate service timelines with culinary staff
- update onsite staff on changes
- complete timesheets and event notes
- manage event from start to finish
- prepare for event load-out
- inventory equipment and delegate tasks for load-out
- ensure reefer trucks remain on
- perform final event space walkthrough
- return vehicles to BTS
- unload and manage post-event duties
