Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- part-time availability up to 40 hours per week
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- prior experience in event management or hospitality preferred
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- capability to stand, bend, squat, and perform repeated lifting for extended periods
- willingness to work in environments exposed to solvents, fumes, and chemical cleaning supplies
- strong communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- team player with adaptability to shifting event needs
Job Qualifications
- experience with small events under 50 persons
- familiarity with warehouse operations including pulls and inventory management
- ability to drive vans and small box trucks safely
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to adapt to changing demands and fast-paced environments
- capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- knowledge of food service operations and event setup
- proficiency with HCMtogo time management system
Job Duties
- clock in and out for shifts through HCMtogo and minimize missed punches
- manage time effectively including breaks within shifts
- assist in event pull sheets and learn from senior event managers on pull efficiency
- double check event checklists and event comment pages
- maintain inventory of dry goods, beverages, linen, decor, food items, and paper products in coordination with Director of Operations
- organize warehouse and inventory products and equipment post events
- uphold good driving practices and abide by traffic laws
- safely drive company vans and small box trucks
- report to warehouse at scheduled time on event day
- verify and gather all equipment, decor, and miscellaneous items needed for the event
- coordinate with chefs to ensure all food and condiments are prepared for timely departure
- load day-of pull items and food into vehicles
- conduct on-site event walk-through with clients to ensure correct layout
- act as sole point of contact for the event on-site and coordinate with front-of-house staff
- conduct front-of-house meetings covering roles, uniforms, grooming standards, timelines, menu reviews, call outs, and dietary restrictions
- communicate event timelines and updates with culinary and staff
- complete timesheets for BTS and service employees including personal time
- fill out post-event notes and client feedback
- manage events from setup to load out
- inventory all equipment and delegate tasks for load out
- ensure food trucks remain operational and leave notes for the morning crew
- perform final event space walkthrough and ensure cleanliness
- return vehicles to BTS and unload specified items
- complete outstanding event file sections
