Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of event or meeting management experience
- Experience with incentive, association, or corporate events preferred
- Prior experience managing budgets desired
- Strong client relationship management
- Effective multitasking and project management skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in event or meeting management including incentives, association or corporate events
- Experience in hotel catering or convention environment desired
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key client relationships
- Strong oral presentation and writing skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to quickly learn new technology
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in an agile and continuously changing environment
Job Duties
- Serve as primary point of contact for meeting and event hosts
- Manage large volume of small to medium complex meetings
- Coordinate logistics and guide clients through the event planning process
- Communicate meeting logistics and tasks promptly and accurately via internal systems
- Facilitate prompt and accurate handling of all event details
- Coordinate and attend site inspections as needed
- Work closely with service partners including catering, facilities, technology and AV, executive production, security, transportation, janitorial, and third-party suppliers
