Job Requirements
- 4 plus years' progressive experience in event planning and management
- live or sporting events experience preferred
- 1 plus years' experience leading people
- direct reports preferred
- direct experience managing budgets of at least 150k usd
- bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field
- proficient computer skills including but not limited to excel, crm software, and project management tools
- bi or multilingual preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- strong time management and prioritization skills
- highly adaptable and comfortable making decisions in new or changing situations

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in event planning and management
- Experience with live or sporting events preferred
- At least 1 year of direct people management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets of at least 150K USD
- Proficient with Excel, CRM software, and project management tools
- Bi- or multilingual preferred
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with innovative problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable building collaborative relationships
Job Duties
- Plan and deliver hospitality and event logistics for 12 or more events annually ranging from 200 to 12,000 guests
- Design and produce brand-aligned hospitality spaces collaborating with marketing and vendors
- Create detailed run of show documentation to ensure seamless guest experience
- Coordinate with graphic design team for event assets like signage and credentials
- Select, negotiate, contract, and manage vendors and suppliers for food, beverage, production, talent, and staffing services
- Obtain permits, licenses, and contracts necessary for event execution
- Manage on-site setup activities including overseeing vendors, equipment movement, and hospitality space preparation
- Lead and coach one or more direct reports, set objectives, and prioritize tasks
- Manage and monitor budget allocation, track expenses, and optimize budget utilization through negotiation
- Collaborate with internal departments including event programs, marketing, sales, and partner management to align event execution
