Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to event management
- Commitment to maintaining required trainings and certifications

Job Duties
- Ensure and monitor the quality of event operations for venue
- Plan, direct and evaluate the work of hourly managers, supervisors and team members
- Establish and maintain working relationship with AEG clients through meetings and events
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments to maintain security of patrons and events run smoothly
- Identify potential process improvements to include cost savings and increased revenue
- Assist in the preparation, alongside the admin manager and general manager to meet the requirements of upcoming events/shows
- Investigate and resolve event-related complaints in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction
- Oversee invoicing and reporting prior and after the event to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proactively communicate with all levels and work collaboratively with Corporate Argus, Human Resources, Accounting, Operations etc
- Work at other Argus venues and the main office when not working at the priority venue
- Maintain trainings and average 20 billable hours throughout the year
- Learn ABI/TMSS systems
