Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or technical degree preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in facility events and operations management or related field
  • Experience in public assembly industry in supervisory or management role
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and consecutive days
  • Knowledge of budget preparation and control
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of crowd management, fire, and public safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Occasional travel
  • Experience with theater technical equipment preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution from advance preparation through post-event completion
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate front-of-house event staff including security, guest services, medical personnel, police coordination, and parking management
  • Collaborate with local public safety officials to ensure safe and smooth event operations
  • Create event estimates aligned with annual budgets and manage event budgets and financial settlements
  • Coordinate event seating arrangements with ticket offices and liaise with tour production managers
  • Oversee backstage operations, production setups, staffing schedules, and contract services
  • Ensure all event preparations and live operations comply with safety and operational standards
