Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or technical degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in facility events and operations management or related field
- Experience in public assembly industry in supervisory or management role
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and consecutive days
- Knowledge of budget preparation and control
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of crowd management, fire, and public safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Occasional travel
- Experience with theater technical equipment preferred

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution from advance preparation through post-event completion
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate front-of-house event staff including security, guest services, medical personnel, police coordination, and parking management
- Collaborate with local public safety officials to ensure safe and smooth event operations
- Create event estimates aligned with annual budgets and manage event budgets and financial settlements
- Coordinate event seating arrangements with ticket offices and liaise with tour production managers
- Oversee backstage operations, production setups, staffing schedules, and contract services
- Ensure all event preparations and live operations comply with safety and operational standards
