Job Requirements
- 2+ years of catering, event management, or hospitality experience
- 1+ year in a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift moderate weights for extended periods

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire catering teams through all phases of events from loading trucks to setup to final teardown
- Be the on-site hero for clients, guests, and vendors ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
- Execute flawless events by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep, plating, and service
- Drive the operation by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles
