Job Requirements

Hospitality or catering experience
Management experience is a plus

Job Duties

Running the show at events—setting the tone and leading a team of up to 20 staff members
Delegating tasks and problem-solving on the fly to keep everything on track
Setting up front-of-house service styles such as buffets, plated dinners, and cocktail service
Ensuring a top-notch guest experience from start to finish
Helping tear down and wrap up after events with efficiency and care
