Job Requirements

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Comfortable filming short videos
  • Commitment to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work a four-day in-office schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years experience in youth programming, education, nonprofit leadership, or event planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create and deliver training sessions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
  • Experience developing inclusive programs for underrepresented communities

Job Duties

  • Design and execute original programs and signature events across STEM, Outdoors, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship
  • Oversee large-scale events such as STEAMapalooza and Mall Madness
  • Create toolkits and resources for troop leaders and volunteers
  • Lead career discovery events for teens and coordinate outdoor camps with community partners
  • Collaborate with Advancement and Marketing teams to align messaging and track participation data
  • Train and support volunteers in program delivery
  • Manage event logistics, execution, and post-event reporting
