Job Requirements
- Access to reliable transportation
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
- Strong collaboration skills
- Comfortable filming short videos
- Commitment to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work a four-day in-office schedule
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years experience in youth programming, education, nonprofit leadership, or event planning
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and deliver training sessions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
- Experience developing inclusive programs for underrepresented communities
Job Duties
- Design and execute original programs and signature events across STEM, Outdoors, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship
- Oversee large-scale events such as STEAMapalooza and Mall Madness
- Create toolkits and resources for troop leaders and volunteers
- Lead career discovery events for teens and coordinate outdoor camps with community partners
- Collaborate with Advancement and Marketing teams to align messaging and track participation data
- Train and support volunteers in program delivery
- Manage event logistics, execution, and post-event reporting
