Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing catering events in a high volume, luxury F&B environment
- ServSafe certification recommended
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- high ethical standards and integrity
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- Strong knowledge of food and industry trends

Job Duties
- Develops and implements service standards for small and large special events
- plans menus, layout, decor, and booking entertainment for catered events
- works closely with event planners to ensure client expectations are met
- provides recommendation and guidance based on experience and trends in the industry to enhance each event
- manages the event budget from the initial stage and provides after event summary and cost
- collaborates and supports Director of Catering Services and Executive Chef in planning events
- identifies client and guest needs and interacts in a positive, proactive manner
