Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing catering events in a high volume, luxury F&B environment
ServSafe certification recommended
excellent communication skills
ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
high ethical standards and integrity
ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Strong knowledge of food and industry trends
minimum of 3 years of experience in managing catering events in a high volume, luxury F&B environment
ServSafe certification, recommended
superior communication and problem-solving and strategizing skills
excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties

Develops and implements service standards for small and large special events
plans menus, layout, decor, and booking entertainment for catered events
works closely with event planners to ensure client expectations are met
provides recommendation and guidance based on experience and trends in the industry to enhance each event
manages the event budget from the initial stage and provides after event summary and cost
collaborates and supports Director of Catering Services and Executive Chef in planning events
identifies client and guest needs and interacts in a positive, proactive manner
